When entry doesn’t go to plan, a text could get the visit moving again. Planned access assistance checks the visitor’s current permission before requesting an unlock.
We’re building garage control around a simple question: did the door actually close? Check the reported status and control a compatible garage from wherever the day takes you.

Keep me in the loopListingsKey is a real estate access platform in development for listing agents and brokerage teams. It is designed to bring showing requests, approvals, property instructions, and supported smart-device controls into one place. Join the waitlist to hear when early access opens.
The planned workflow starts with a property-specific request link. A visiting agent requests a time, the listing agent approves or declines, and an approved visitor receives a private portal with the showing details and permitted access instructions.
Not for the planned request-and-instructions workflow. ListingsKey is being designed for properties with physical keys and lockboxes, as well as compatible smart locks. Remote unlock and garage control will require supported, connected hardware. The supported-device list is not yet published.
Text-to-unlock is a planned access-assistance feature. An approved visitor could text for help, and ListingsKey would check the visitor, property, current access window, and permissions before requesting an unlock on a supported device. A text or matching phone number alone will not grant access; additional verification may be required.
Remote garage control is planned for compatible connected controllers, with device-reported status and clear failure messages. Availability will depend on the controller and installation. An accepted command will not be presented as confirmation that the garage actually closed.
ListingsKey is being developed as a separate platform for real estate agents. A GuestsKey subscription will not be required. An optional integration is planned for properties already managed in GuestsKey, with owner-authorized sharing of relevant rental availability and access information.
ListingsKey is not publicly available yet. Launch timing, pilot availability, supported hardware, and pricing have not been announced. Joining the waitlist is free, requires no credit card, and does not create a paid subscription.
